Abadal winery was the setting for the 10th edition of Tertúlia i Vi, an initiative by the Library of the Manresa University Campus (UPC) that blends culture, conversation, and wine.
The event brought together around eighty people and featured chef and writer Maria Nicolau as the special guest, who engaged in a conversation with journalist Conxa Moncunill.
Nicolau advocated for everyday Catalan cuisine and the artisanal craft of cooking with local ingredients, and also commented on vineyards as a historical and sustainable form of cultivation.
The evening concluded with an outdoor dinner and a tasting of wines from the winery.
