From May 1 to June 1, Lloret de Mar hosts a new edition of the Jornades Gastronòmiques de l’Arròs -the Lloret de Mar Rice Gastronomic Festival- an unmissable event for lovers of local cuisine.
For an entire month, various restaurants in the town are offering special menus with rice as the central theme, in dishes designed to highlight this deeply rooted ingredient of the region’s culinary tradition. Each menu is paired with a curated wine selection, which includes wines from Abadal.
The event is organized by the Lloret de Mar Guild of Bars, Restaurants and Cafés, with the support of the Lloret de Mar City Council, the Lloret Hospitality Guild, the Government of Catalonia, and the Hospitality and Tourism Federation of the Girona Counties.
