Extrovert and fruity
The most aromatic undergrowth from our woodland (jasmine, lavender) is expressed in this fresh, persistent and seductive wine. Pale in color with greenish reflections, it offers an exotic and complex nose with floral, citrus and tropical fruit notes.
It is the result of a combination of exceptional varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, and the local Picapoll and Macabeo.

Roasted peppers, aubergine and onion on crispy toast. Shredded salted cod dish, cod a la Manresana (Cod with fresh spinach and pine nuts). Custard-filled profiteroles.
