From 1 May to 2 June, Lloret de Mar celebrated its annual gastronomic event dedicated to rice.
A few days in which to show off, at the hands of chefs from some of Lloret de Mar’s restaurants, the full potential of the commodity of rice. The restaurants put forward a set of menus with rice as the main ingredient and paired with a selection of wines, including those of Abadal.
The conference was organised by the Guild of Bars, Restaurants and Cafeterias in conjunction with the Lloret de Mar Hotel and Catering Guild, in collaboration with the Department of Economic Development of Lloret de Mar Town Hall and Lloret Tourist Board.
