From March 25 to 27, the fourth edition of the Wine Innovation Week took place, organized by the wine industry cluster Innovi. The event, focused on innovation and technology applied to the wine sector, featured round tables, winery visits, tastings, presentations, and tech demonstrations.
The Abadal winery hosted the final day, which was dedicated to wine tourism and strategies to connect with consumers. As part of the program, a round table on innovative wine tourism was held, where the winery shared its successful model and participants reflected on the importance of creating concrete and immersive experiences to attract an increasingly segmented and demanding audience.
The event took place in five different locations —the wineries Herència Altés, Edetària, Raimat, Abadal, and Oller del Mas— spread across three Catalan designations of origin: Terra Alta, Costers del Segre, and Pla de Bages.
