There was a huge turnout at the 4th edition of the Abadal Christmas Market & Wine Experience, a culinary event to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., last Saturday November 23, the winery opened its doors to its visitors and provided exclusive wine tasting sessions and pairings, Gastro Bar area, stalls selling crafts and local produce, visits to the vineyard and the historic farmhouse, as well as a range of children’s activities and concerts.
This market is one of its kind in Bages; wine is the star of the show along with local cuisine which can be sampled and enjoyed during the day at tasting and show-cooking sessions. Visitors can choose from a wide range of exclusive activities.
The Abadal Christmas Market & Wine Experience 2019 received thousands of visitors, mostly from Central Catalonia and Barcelona, and all of the tasting and pairing session were booked out as this food and wine market has already made a name for itself as an event to get into the Christmas spirit.
