The Summer gastronomic dinners return to the Abadal cellar

During the month of July, the cellar holds two gastronomic dinners, each with a different format. The first one, by the chef Marc Vila, from the restaurant Ca la Mercè d’Artés, and the second one, “Abadal’s Tasting Notes”, a four way pairing.

Ca la Mercè is a gastronomic and local produce project that has recently opened up in the town of Artés. On the 6th of July, the restaurant’s staff and its chef, Marc Vila, offered a cuisine proposal that links the latest trends with tradition. Mediterranean cuisine inspired by flavours and textures, in tune with space and time.

On the 20th of July it is the turn of the “Abadal’s Tasting Notes”, a perfect combination between producer, chef, music and Abadal wines. A four way pairing in which chef Jordi Llobet offers a theme menu with the eggs from Oriol, paired with the Abadal wines, and the live music of Moi&Toti.
