On May 19, the Spanish wine guide -La Semana Vitivinícola – published a guide on wines and oils from Valencia. The guide awarded ratings of 90 points and over to the Abadal wines that featured: Abadal Blanc 2016 received 93 points and Abadal Franc 2016 picked up 90 points.
The guide is the first of its kind to classify wines according to their variety and it now features 1,800 references, which is 30% more than previous editions. This seventh edition features 427 wineries from all over Spain.
