The former member of the team of sommeliers at El Bulli has published the “Guide to Unbeatable Wines”, a window on Spanish Winemaking and wines of the highest quality/price ratio to be discovered in 2014. David Seijas was part of the team of sommeliers in the prestigious restaurant El Bulli and works today in EL BULLI FOUNDATION.
