The elegance and freshness of mandó, the acidity and minerality of sumoll, and the delicate nuances of picapoll negre come together in this wine, characterized by subtle and refined elegance.

These traditional grape varieties, with late ripening and good acidity, contribute a low colour intensity that, along with short cold macerations, gives the wine a pale rosé tone with salmon reflections.

The sensations of aromatic herbs and anise are harmoniously expressed alongside subtle spicy notes and hints of red fruits—raspberries and cherries—that coexist in perfect balance with the vibrant acidity and fresh character that define this wine.

Aged on the lees for 2-3 months to harmonise the whole, adding a creaminess that balances the natural freshness and acidity of the grape varieties. In parallel, 10% of the wine spends 3 months ageing in 500-litre oak barrels, enhancing the structure on the palate, the volume, and the complexity, and giving the wine a delicate, fine, elegant, and highly gastronomic profile.
